DEBORAH CORN/Print Production Pro

I have more than nineteen years of agency experience working in fast-paced, deadline driven companies from boutique to global. My straightforward and practical approach to Production process and internal work flow organization has earned me a reputation for bringing order to chaos. Companies have been impressed with my ability to quickly identify organizational inefficiencies, garner cross-functional support, and implement strategies that improve bottom-line profitability.

My diverse agency background proves I can easily adapt to different work environments and systems. Management has consistently valued my approach to problem solving, as well as motivating employees in a proactive manner to accomplish overall agency goals. I have worked on a myriad of clients with an equal myriad of personalities and have always gained the respect and trust of my colleagues through example and team building. I am a loyal, hard working and dedicated employee, and my strength truly lies in getting the job done.

I have vast experience in all aspects of Production from concept to delivery including Direct Mail and Direct Response Programs, collateral, outdoor, POP, ads, event planning and management, trade shows, interactive/digital, agency self-promotion, catalogs, and annual reports, as well as out of the box and guerrilla marketing projects. My understanding of graphics and design, photography and retouching, as well as color and paper, have been integral in many ADDY, CA, and other Advertising award honors throughout my career.

I am equally experienced in vendor relations and have developed solid partnerships with existing agency resources or through procuring new ones. I have been responsible for improving the quality of materials and price point for services, fulfillment, and establishing new outlets for projects to take life.

My experience in the many facets of Print Production and Production Process make me an excellent mentor. I have demonstrated ability in training new employees for the advertising world and consider this aspect of my duties to be one of the most rewarding.

I am currently in Florida by way of NYC, and ready to relocate myself for the right position.

Thank you for your time.
