More stuff that I'm sure you won't want to know about me.

I'm Alex Kollitz, I run ezprintsite.com, an online trade only print site. I have ten years in marketing related jobs running the gamut from apparel, promotional products, tradeshow exhibits, signage, large format, a little bit in web tech :) and of course printing. Prior to that I had about the same time in hi-tech. I graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Venture Management and a minor in Art. My strength is in innovation, problem solving and unique insights into issues. I choose to apply these traits in the print industry and am having a blast doing it!

For fun I like to go trail riding with my family on quads, when I want serious adrenaline, I go by myself to the track :) Other than being a print junkie, I am also a motorhead. Too many vices...not enough time!

I have a lovely wife and two kids age 11 and 14, all are brilliant and perfect in every way!

My goal with my business is to help small to medium print brokers and other print resellers dramatically increase their revenue while reducing their time required to achieve it. To that end we are finishing up a new web-to-print package with tools and abilities to do just that. The excitement is palpable and it is killing me! When is this industry shaking release going to happen? It's software, your guess is better than mine, but if I had to set a date, I'll shoot for the end of this year just to be safe.

Other than sending out marketing emails (We use a web service for that) we do not have any formal sales & marketing automation. One problem we don't have is finding business... We mainly focus on short run full color and there is a huge market for that right now.

You sound like someone I should connect with. I use a number of web-based trade (well at least that's what they say) printers and think that kind of technology is both good and bad, but is the future of most commercial print.
