The "Confessions of a Print Junkie" prompted me to share this:

My great-grandfather started a small commercial print shop in 1927. He used a radio and a basketball for collateral. As an 8-year-old, I thought this sounded reasonable because I understood the true value of both of those items. Naturally, my grandfather took over for his father (this was before I was born) and my father worked for his father (this was after I was born). It is common in some trades - mechanics, beauticians, florists, and printers, to name a few - to call their workplace a shop. If I told my friends we were going to the shop, it meant we were headed to work. I

My partner and I are always looking for information when it comes to running a business. We are looking to take on more clients and have our business grow.
