make it, print it, pack it, ship it... oh wait a minute that's Kinko's, or is it FedEX now.

many of us can design it, print it (with dimensional digital, too), coat it, die cut it, fulfill it and box it and ship it.

shoot me an email with all ofthe specs @ pedwards@formstore.com

I'm looking for a digital printer that can do die cutting, box & packaging. Have a small educational game project.
Thanks!

So tell us about your Best of the Best... Your personal network... how do you document the 98%?
Careful about that Sports Agent anology. :)
Candice Coleman Lange Comment by Candice Coleman Lange on May 8, 2009 at 10:48am
Frank—I know what you mean. But we are more like a "sports agent" for the best of the best - top talent. 98% of our placements last year came out of our personal network, not a job board. They came from us arranging interviews with clients the candidates wanted to interview with.

The job boards are great for leads, but we have found most of the candidates from that source are not placeable per our screening parameters, but they do know where the top producers are. At least that’s our experience.

So, if you ever find yourself in need of some top talent (maybe from a direct competitor...), we would be happy to help you get it. Have a great weekend!

We are all drinking the same Kool Aide, searching the same applicant pool, your system isnt any better (monster, career builders, etc...) then the others because your people (the applicant) are on all of them as well as you and I searching them out.

As for the confusion of results and effort, if you can put in 1 hour a day and make your quota great come on in and lets get started, but if you are only putting in 20 - 40 hours a week and missing your qouta by 40% I need to see more effort (no confusion) the results are not the expectations of the company or even you the sales representative.

No, we need the guys that want to work, want to succeed, want to play dodge ball and win, we need the kids that keep score, because the fact that we can all just get along and there is enough work for all of us is not a good attitude to have, because when the work drys up (note todays economy) somebody is going to lose.

I am mostly taken aback by folks that confuse effort with results. At 43........How did I become the old guy? Some of us still get up and swing for the fences everyday and fully expect to knock it out of the park. Considering the state of the economy I would think that people would be pretty hungry about a comp plan that puts them into 6 figures just by doing their job. Great video Juan. I love that people are starting to get it!! I've been silently hiring 'screw-ups' (to quote Tom Peters) for years and they happen to be the strongest assets to our organization.
