This discussion has been quiet for a while, but I couldn't resist sharing this site. It has become one of my favorites:

It's got a blog that is a constant source of interesting content that ranges from showcasing cool design, photography and typography, website design, tips & tricks, tutorials, etc, etc.

I also discovered this site recently:
http://www.copyblogger.com/

While it's not technically a "design resource", I honestly find the content to be very engaging and interesting from a marketing perspective.
