The more digital media grows, the more its faults become apparent. I don't think print will ever lose its relevancy because the digital alternative is often too invasive. The bright lights of digital billboards, the way personal information is shared for the purposes of advertising, and the expense of targeted digital ads are all serious negatives that will keep commercial printing, if not newspaper printing, strong in decades to come. I think the big change we'll see a really seamless blending of print and digital media in the communications industry, and that will be good for everyone involved.

Great video Juan. I love that people are starting to get it!! I've been silently hiring 'screw-ups' (to quote Tom Peters) for years and they happen to be the strongest assets to our organization.
