COMPENSATION Open - compensation will depend on experience, client relationships and any potential book of business. Non-recoverable draw for the first year to 18 months. Hunter sales mentality with a proven track record of closing new business. Must be strong at developing long-term relationships. Must think outside the box and be creative in their sales approach. Need a sales person who has solved business issues - not just selling printing projects. Must have experience selling to (CMOs) Chief Marketing Officers and other Marketing professionals rather than selling just to Print Purchasing Managers. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Bachelors degree preferred. Polished business acumen. Microsoft Office skills. Persuasive, flexible and relentlessly competitive nature No job hoppers. Must be able to travel as necessary to see clients and to printing plant.
