Hi-I need to get a price on some saddle stitched booklets. 

Specs:

11 x 17, folded to 8.5 x 11. 

16 page (4 signatures) plus cover

Cover prints on 80# gloss cover, 4/0 with bleeds plus overall gloss AQ or UV coating

Insides print on 100# gloss text, 4/4, no bleeds

Qty. - 500 ea. of 1 vs. 500 ea. of 2 versions produced at the same time in combo

 

Please also provide an option to print everything on 100# gloss text (self cover).
